3rd place and a new PB for Alex Shipley in the Podium 5k Garmin Mile
Great running by Alex Shipley, who came 3rd in the Garmin Mile at the Podium 5k at Leicester on 6 May in a time of 4:45 - a great new PB!
Alex also raced the 1500m at Watford on Wednesday in the BMC Gold Standard race. She was 3rd in a SB time of 4:24.52.
