Alfred at the BMC Grand Prix in Sport City
Alfred compeated in his 1st BMC Grand Prix in Sport City, Manchester, on Saturday evening.
In good racing conditions he won the 2K steeplechase by 7 sec and now leads the UK U20 rankings.
