Strong result for Sophie Jacobs in her first 3000m race
On Thursday 22 April Sophie raced the 3000 metres at the Harrow Athletic Club Spring Open.
She was 5th in her race, in a time of 10.30:69. This puts her fourth in the country in her age category - well done!
