Results from Keysoe, the last XC match of the season
At Keysoe on 11 February, Marcus Lovell was 18th senior man home in 34:05, followed by Devon Harford in 36th place (35:41) and Liam Bunn in 48:07 (56th in the M40m category).
Nic Hammett came in 5th in the men’s U17 race in 19:12, which was enough for him to secure the gold medal.
Morgan Bunn was 10th in the U13 boys’ race in 11:15. Well done to him – he and Nic both had English Schools county races this week.
And Emma Mears stormed around the course to win the women’s senior race in 21:22. What a great end to Emma’s first XC season for five years!
