Blown away: a new 1500m PB for Nic Hammett at Harrow
Well done to Nic Hammett, who raced the 1500m at Harrow Athletic Club this evening.
Nic won his race in a time of 4:46.78, an 11-second PB.
Here's Nic's race report: ‘I was pleased with the way I ran on such a windy day. I was aiming to run 74-second laps but the wind made it tricky. I got away quickly then got boxed in, but managed to keep going and finish strongly.’
