3000m PBs for Nic and Marcus at Watford
On 19 April, it was great to be back at Watford for the first track meet of the year. Nic and Marcus were hoping for 3000m PBs, and the night did not disappoint: Nic was second in his race in 9:19.32, and Marcus finished in 8:52.82.
It was great to see Mintu, who is recovering from injury, back on track too.
