CAU Inter-counties, Prestwold Hall, March 2020
Congratulations to all MKDP athletes who competed in the UK CAU Inter-counties races at Prestwold Hall, Loughborough, yesterday. A massive well done to you all for braving the sea of mud that was the XC course!
Dani Chattenton was 4th in the senior women’s race in a time of 43.55, making her 2nd overall in the Cross Challenge – well done! Look out for Dani’s report on her XC season, coming soon.
Sophie Jacobs was 5th in the U13 girls race, in a time of 14.27. Sophie led the Bedfordshire girls to the team gold medal – well done!
In the men’s race, George Wheeler (Bucks) was 84th in a time of 42.22.
In the U20 men’s race Marcus Lovell (Bucks) was 119th in a time of 37.19.
In the U13 boys race Nic Hammett was the first Beds athlete home (159th, 15.11).
