Eliot races the Flitwick 10k, 9 April
Eliot Winter ran the Flitwick 10k last weekend.
‘I do this race each year, but each time I forget how hilly the course is,' Eliot said. 'I was happy to go comfortably under 40 mins again on a tough route. I finally seem to be getting my pacing right: this is the second race in a row I’ve run the second half faster than the first.’
Eliot was 17th, and there were 400 runners.
Sounds like a great race, Eliot - well done!
