EMGP Races for Alice
Silverstone was the first of the East Midlands Grand Prix races (EMGP) and my second ever 10k which I was very pleased to finish in 39:59 and join the sub 40 club.. just! I was the 11th female to finish.
Blisworth was another of the EMGP (a tough, hilly course!) and my first 5 mile race. I was happy with a time of 32:11 and the 5th female.
Unfortunately London 10k wasn’t my day and I ended up plodding along enjoying the sights as I was very dehydrated, and tired from the other races! Time to take a very easy week and get back into it for later in the month! P.s that’s the only photo I have of just me!
