New 3K PB for Kitty Shepherd-Cross at Trafford Grand Prix
Congratulations to Kitty Shepherd-Cross, who ran 3,000m at the Trafford Grand Prix at Stretford on 18 May. She was 3rd in her race in a time of 10:14.05, a new PB.
Kitty had this to say: 'I was really happy with the race - I had optimistically put down 10.30 on the race card, so I was very pleased to come out with 10.14! It has made me excited for the rest of the season.'
Well done to Kitty: a great PB to start this year's track season!
