3000m PB for Nic Hammett at Harrow AC open meet
Well done to Nic Hammett and Sophie Jacobs, who raced the 3000m at Harrow Athletic Club open meet this evening.
Nic won his race with a PB of 9:59.57; Sophie's time was 10:30.77, just outside her PB of 10:30.69.
Congrats to both!
